Developing on SKETCH Shared Platform

  • Artreach – supporting community-based arts initiatives that engage youth from underserved populations who have experienced exclusion in Toronto
  • CUE – a radical arts initiative supporting new generation artists who live and work on the margins; opened Margin of Eras Gallery in 2017
  • GetREAL Movement – a non-profit organization that energizes LGBTQ+ youth and their allies to voice their stories, in schools across Canada

  • A Way Home Toronto — collective impact strategy to address and reduce youth homelessness in Toronto. Partners: City of Toronto, Youth Shelter Network, Covenant House, Eva’s Initiatives, YMCA, Horizons for Youth, Youth Without Shelter, Yonge Street Mission, Central Toronto Community Health Centres, A Way Home Canada
  • HOP-C (Homelessness Outreach Program-Collaboration)— research collaboration supporting newly-housed youth through case management, peer support, mental-health counselling and community engagement, in Toronto and Thunder Bay. Partners: Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), Covenant House, LOFT Community Services, Wellesley Institute, Ministry of Children and Youth Services, Dilico Anishinabek Family Services
  • PLATFORM A — capacity-building infrastructure for artists doing work in their communities. Partners: Art Starts, CUE, Jumblies Theatre, Toronto Arts Council, Vibe Arts, Children’s Peace Theatre, Artreach, Kapisanan Arts Centre
  • YSI (Youth Social Infrastructure) — provincial initiative to build social infrastructure support connecting Indigenous & non-Indigenous youth to make social change in Algoma and Thunder Bay, Ontario North West Partners: Children’s Peace Theatre, Catalyst X and more
