Explore traditional methods of self-defence and strength-building
A process-based movement art to get in touch with our bodies to discover and develop strength. Get in shape, get in touch with your body, control your breathing, develop as a performer.
Come regularly to develop your practice and learn over time: how to move through the world, conflict resolution, navigating stress, how to let go of anger, and different ways to view or experience the world.
Weekly demos to develop your technique and hone skills in sketching, colour theory, and painting with acrylic, oil, and aerosol. Time in the studio to explore and experiment in different media, discover your own particular creative vision, and create your own body of work.
